Well folks the inevitable finally happened. Some lucky soul from the state of South Carolina won the $1.6 billion Mega Millions lottery. The winning number 5, 28, 62, 65 and 70, with a Mega Ball number 5, was drawn on Tuesday October 23, 2018. On May 14, 2018 the United States Supreme Court ruled 6-2 that the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act of 1992 was unconstitutional and that the States were the ones who could decide on the fate of sports gambling.
