• Extended Duration: 25-year base term plus four 5-year renewal options.

Pending Approvals and Expected Timeline for Great Northern Casino Deal

The transaction awaits customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions, with a target close in mid-2026. VICI will fund it via cash on hand and its multicurrency revolving credit facility.
